You get worked 7 days a week almost every single week and no one cares You will routinely get blamed for other people's fuckups because there's a big scapegoating culture here Because of how lean the company is run payroll-wise and because you are not allowed to schedule as you see fit, you will never be able to do your job unless you are willing to work incredibly high hours Company continuously takes on more product but does not allow for more hiring of frontline workers to deal with it
