Absolutely love working at Buffalo Rock. In the 2 years that I have been here, they have made significant changes that are in the best interest of the employees. That have increased benefits across the board. Buffalo Rock also has a great culture and a strong history. This company is definitely going places.

Cons

Incremental pay increases could be something that needs to be worked on, but I do believe that is in the works.
