Pros

Good benefits...health, vision, dental, 401k. That's about it unless you work on tthe retail side.

Cons

The pay sucks! They care more about their sales numbers being up than they care about your back. I literally heard the words "Load the wagon, we'll worry about the mule later" on a regular basis. If you work in Admin you get NOTHING...there are no perks, and you can bust your butt to try and make everyone happy, but there will be no reward. They have a HUGE tendancy to change the rules in the middle of the game...MANY of their management team (not all) are extremely unorganized and very unprofessional...SHOULD NOT have been given the responsibilities they hold, but I'm sure they knew someone higher up who decided to do a friend a favor by getting them a gravy job with more money. If Pepsi wasn't such an American staple that pretty much sells itself, I believe BRC would go under, because if nothing else, I feel like management would run the business into the ground. Mr. Lee would probably turn over in his grave if he knew his family business being run this way.

Pros

Retail Sales side has a Awesome President. Mr Carly and a supervisor Mr j Scott, are great role models and leaders. Great people to work around. Always work to be done with a little to no supervision. Benefits are ok

Cons

NO COMMUNICATION FAVORTISM IS PREVAILENT ITS SICKING- IM TALKING TO YOU FOSTER!!!!!!f= little to no training/ good ole boy system. So if you don't bow hunt or deer hunt cant be favored. Plus some are allowed to this and that but you aren't favored. Constantly feeling as though you get jerked around. Go to a store and find 6 supervisors in my store in a reset and they just talked to each other.

Pros

-Decent pay -good co workers -good insurance -paid vacation & personal days

Cons

-Such long hours that it makes the job not worth the pay -you go to work before the sun comes up and you get home after the sun has gone down -your wife will be mad that you missed dinner again -sometimes you will have to wait hours for the employee working at your account to scan you in before you can merchandise -you have to merchandise -the managers at the gas stations you will deliver to will treat you like a dog, and you have to take it -they can't retain employees, so if someone quits, you will have to pick up the slack, which becomes too much work, which is why your wife is mad at you because you missed dinner again -they only have a minimum number of drivers, so if one is out sick, you have to pick up the slack, which becomes too much work, which is why your wife is mad at you because you missed dinner again
