Pros

Usually left alone if you do your job. Pays well but hard to understand as well.

Cons

A lot of 6 day work weeks and dealing with grocery store managers has it's drawbacks.

Cons

Although they claim to care, they will RARELY give you help even if you are over loaded and way over time, which happens frequently. If anything goes wrong it is immediately your fault no matter the circumstance or the blatant incompetence of the management and sales staff. The salesmen sometimes will not even go into a store to sell it, the majority of the time they will sit in their car and sell the store from the parking lot on their IPAD.
