Pros

Good pay and only works four days per week and no weekend. Coworkers are helpful and friendly.. Benefits is good

Cons

Not everyone gets help. Guess you have to be lazy or complain about not having help or just take your time and get the job done

Pros

Easy to get hired and hard to get fired. Benefits are pretty good They will help you get a CDL if you don't have one. Deliveries are local so home every night. Trucks are automatic, which is nice for city driving, and rented.

Cons

Low pay for a CDL job. Long hours, though not as bad as OTR. Benefits can get expensive, potentially $150 plus a week. Communication is poor. Almost never get raises. Constantly dealing with new people's inexperience, including new warehouse workers. If you got a CDL through a driving school, they don't reimburse tuition.
