A lot of overtime. Days go by fast.

Cons

The pay is minuscule considering the amount of work you do. Management needs improvement. They pretty much throw you out there. Training is not thorough, you will learn a lot of things on your own. High turnover

It's a tuff job (retail sales)that not everyone can do. But if you are willing to show up every day and do a good job you can go a long way in this company. The management team and everyone here are great to work with. And the pay is better than these reviews say. The average route is over 40k and the drivers are closer to 50k

Cons

Hard work and 10 to 14 hours a day. Depending on what you do. I'm referring to retail sales.
