Decent work for short term

Pros

Opportunity to advance to key holder within a year or less. Pretty easy retail job, it was fun to see all the new bears and be apart of making them with kids. Management was great with changing hours/days available.

Cons

Pay isn’t great, as a key holder you only make a dollar or so above minimum wage. I was promoted once but nowhere to go from there unless you wait it out and don’t have many bills to pay. Hours are limited, I only left because I wasn’t able to be anywhere near full time.
