      - Get to work with fun families - The smiles on children's faces would make the shop vibes very pleasant

      Cons

      - Contract means that they can force you to work more hours than you can do - They refused to let me quit when I told them before signing the contract that I can't do more than 8 hours due to my study. They forced me to do more than 16 hours. - Favour and are more lenient towards staff who have worked there longer - For minimum wage you're doing much more than other shops require

      Toxic work environment. Clear boundaries between those who have been there for years and those who have just joined. No socials implemented nor is socialising encouraged. Operate a strict American code of practise, with their hard sales techniques which aren't necessary. Area managers seem to have little to no experience- which makes it frustrating. Pay is poor, they exploit under 18s with their minimum wage- which isn't fair for the stress that comes with the job. Everything takes ages to sort out, waiting months for your P45 is an example. Also, shifts are short, average 4 hours a day. Little scope for growth, managers seem to think its the army with their managerial styles. Pressure comes from top down.
