Pros

£4.75 an hour is okay for under 18s They dont really ask for experience Fun environment and working with kids is very rewarding

Cons

Management often point out flaws instead of positives They expect a lot from their staff for not much in return The shift patterns can be annoying

Pros

Work with some awesome kids. Pay slowly gets better every time you turn a year older When younger, lots of shifts and hours available (because your younger)

Cons

Unorganized and lazy management Less hours once 18 years or older Horrible parents Shifts can get cut shorter Always got called in last minute to cover Parties Managers have favorites, love making employees compete against each other Short shifts Unrealistic goals
