      Pros

      Sales challenges (bingo/prizes). Co workers are all funny/fun to work aside. Very helpful when training!. Understanding of any situation!. Discount. Amazing managers!. Working with kids is so much fun. When it's quiet you get quality time with a customer.

      Cons

      When it's quiet finding something to do (if shop is tidy). While learning tills/parties it is quite stressful (but great when you learn). Some grumpy customers. Impatient customers. Nothing really else I can call a con!

      Pros

      Good positive culture, great staff. Benefits were great. I was an associate manager and worked there for three and a half years and it was probably one of the best jobs I've ever had.

      Cons

      At the time I was working there we had a really terrible district manager. He only came by the store once or twice a year and was impossible to get a hold of.
