      Supports my family, gives me growth

      Pros

      Pays well, schedule is flexible, great benefits (my son was airlifted, bill was $55K, my cost was $0), fun times, frequent free fattening food (and beer), allows people to be creative in finding problems they want to fix/things they want to make better and creating ways to do it. Did I mention beer?

      Cons

      Every work place has it's personalities. Sometimes it's frustrating having the improvements you want to see to the site being delayed or nixed, but c'est la vie.

      Thanks for the fair review, I hope your son was OK! I'm a huge detractor of the fattening food! I fight like crazy but it keeps creeping in. I think its an America problem, not just a Build.com problem! Thanks for the suggestions and push harder for those changes, its difficult to be heard as we continue to scale.

      Amazing company to work for with many prospects within.

      Plenty of room to grow and learn within the company.

      Cons

      With a larger company you don't always get along great with everyone but thankfully most people are willing to try and help or work with the ideas or conflicts you may have.
