Great pay and perks. Fantastic leadership with a vision to win. People that really care about the business and making it better for the customer. Collaborative atmosphere. Very accommodating HR.

Cons

It has become harder to find a parking spot now that the company has grown to almost 700 employees. A solution is in the works, however.
