A job that is what you make it...

Pros

Most supervisors have worked hard to get their positions and appreciate those that also work hard. Most people want to see you succeed, and will help you get to the position you want to be in, but you have to help yourself. It's decent pay for Chico, with decent benefits. Lots of free stuff, cool parties, awesome people. Let me mention again the awesome co-workers. Good schedule, flexible, as long as you work hard and get your s**** done.

Cons

Childish at times & as you get raises, more and more of your pay ends up living in your bonus percentage (hello taxes!).

Thank you for the honest review. I think you nailed all the pro's. As far as the cons, I can't deny the bonus percent, but understand that taxes don't change, just what is deducted. You don't pay more taxes on bonuses than you do salary, its just the amount removed may vary based on your deductions. Loud and clear on the advice and we're working aggressively to "drain the swamp." Thank you.
