      Pros

      Free Beer on Thursdays Full Time with Benefits Comfortable working atmosphere All the coffee you can drink Contests and trips for top performers Cabo Baby! Management is there to support you and help in every way to succeed. The opportunity to transfer to shadow other departments and positions is great and gives the ability to interview better internally. The work environment is VERY comfortable. If you prefer shorts and tshirts, that's cool. if you prefer dress clothes and a tie, that's cool too.

      Cons

      No cons. compared to Military service, Build is a pretty chill place.

      Great people, fun perks, good compensation.

      Cons

      4 holidays per year a travesty. Benefits including dental, health, vision, could be a lot better. Transparency about high level decisions and long term vision would be nice.

      Glad you generally enjoy working here. The 4 holidays are a function of us being a retail company. We're open nearly always. We probably should take another good look at our vacation and sick time policies. Vacation days are better than holidays anyway since you get to pick them. As far as transparency goes, we're going to pickup the communication cadence starting this month.
