Plenty of opportunities to own big-impact projects. A culture that supports autonomy / trusts its employees to follow what they believe is right and best.

Cons

While there's a great system for "asset" knowledge sharing, the company could benefit from establishing more centralized systems for procedural documentation.

Pros

FAST pace. No red tape/politics. Get it done culture. Great people. Solid product with legit large-scale customers. Super healthy growth path. Upper management is transparent about sharing the numbers. Good chance that equity will really mean something.

Cons

Everything that comes with an early-stage start-up post-2021 correction. Intense pace, single-minded focus on performance while maintaining efficiency. We work hard and we enjoy it but it's not for everyone.

The relationship you will develop with customers will be close and personal, and with the right attitude - you will push yourself here because you care, and you will learn a lot from it - The people are smart, driven, and personable. The culture is result oriented. Titles and role descriptions don't matter, everyone is willing to help however they can. - The pace and growth trajectory here will equip you with results and achievements that will shine on your resume.

Cons

If you're someone that needs a lot of structure, process, prescriptive management, or pace that doesn't challenge what you think you're capable of, the environment here may not be for you.
