I absolutely love that BuildOps has a performance culture of people that put up big numbers and hit their goals. Expectations are high, but so is the reward. The company has changed so much over the past few years, however the way the team adapts to rapid growth is truly exceptional. Leadership is focused on fostering a performance culture, but also values work life balance and invests heavily in minimizing work fatigue.

Cons

All startups come with their fair share of speed bumps, however there aren’t many worth noting at BuildOps. If you’re not contributing to a positive culture and you’re not a performer, sales is tough at BuildOps. Other than that, it’s a rocket ship that works hard and plays hard.

- Company Culture is a focus - created an internal committee focusing on employee happiness - A real unicorn when it comes to business trajectory - it is evident that we are going places FAST - Leaders of the company are willing to get their hands dirty - they do not just point fingers and demand things get done. They get in the trenches and help achieve the desired outcome. - Unlimited PTO, but they do not guilt you if you leverage it reasonably as some employers do.

Cons

- Since we are growing at such a fast pace, the workload can be a lot, but this is expected in a startup environment
