Pros

Overall the people at this company are friendly, supportive and the culture is strong, especially among SDRs

Cons

Rapid growth and hiring in 2025 and slightly missing out revenue goals have put future growth in question.

Thank you for sharing this. The SDR culture you're describing is something the team has built together, and it’s great to hear it shows up that way in your day to day. As we grow and goals evolve, questions can come up, and we want people to feel clear on where we’re headed. We encourage you to connect directly with your leaders or your HRBP so we can provide that clarity. -BuildOps Team

Pros

Buildops has great culture and people with a clear vision and focus. Fully embracing AI and modern workflows which is critically important to me. I see good opportunities for ownership and high visibility work. I have been pleasantly surprised with the work life balance, hybrid structure, and benefits/PTO since joining.

Cons

Fast paced and results driven environment not for everyone. Work life balance is good but sometimes I work in evening/weekend but I expected that. We have them but I would like to see even more social events. It is certainly a growing company so process are still evolving.

Pros

High autonomy and real responsibility for people who show initiative. If you're a self-starter, you're given the support and trust to actually execute. The shift toward AI has been a genuine multiplier, it's made strong performers even more effective.

Cons

Could use more ownership-minded teammates. There's a tendency to surface problems rather than solve them. the culture would benefit from more people who see things through to completion the right way.
