      Pros

      I grew a lot in my time with the company. I really learned what it meant to hold down a job and represent myself professionally, both with my coworkers and customers. I had a good group of people around me who supported my goals and dreams and that made it easy to stay on track.

      Cons

      Leaving was bittersweet. I’m excited to start this next chapter but I was sad to leave all my friends.

      Good pay, remote work available, friendly co-workers, good benefits.

      Cons

      Like most companies in this industry the work can flucuate. Sometimes you'll be overworked and extremely busy and stressed, but in slow months there will be no OT and not a lot of custom designs coming in.
