Horrible Job, Horrible Company

None. None whatsoever. Just terrible.

Cons

Coworkers can be anybody, ended up working with a dangerous meth addict, but the company didn't care at all. Job is terrible, proper safety supplies aren't provided. Pay is not nearly good enough for the work. Many times the pay would be completely wrong, with the only way to have it corrected is waiting until the next paycheck.

Great benefits and hours, paid holidays.

Cons

VERY high turnover rate, not just among the installers. Corporate was constantly changing software systems, and trying to make everything technologically based which isn't always easy for the installers to learn.
