Cons

Leadership and Board is weak with absolutely no diversity and therefore does not accept variety of or opposing ideas; pay for some groups well below market especially for high volume of work; technology way behind limiting ability of staff to functionally serve customers.

Paid time off. Health insurance.

Cons

Computer systems are outdated with system issues daily. E-commerce bank change has been frustrating for our customers. Unfair application of work from home ability. Long-term employees feel marginalized. Communication is not consistent and often not handled well. Soda machines have been replaced with a more expensive canteen. Morale has never been lower.
