Pros

BMIC has a great culture and has been a great place to continually learn and advance my career. There is heavy emphasis on continued learning both from classes taught at BMIC and outside.The flexibility offered in my position has been second to none.

Cons

BMIC has been growing at a quick pace creating more work, resulting in a need for more employees. While this is being addressed, it has been a difficult transition to get right staffed.

Pros

Builders Mutual is a great place to work!~ They provide their employees with the tools, the training and the environment to get the job done while at the same time creating a work environment that promotes a healthy way of life and the flexibility to balance work and life.

Cons

The only downside for me it the location, with traffic I can sometimes spend up to an hour in commute each way.

Pros

The company pays well and is supportive of employee wellness and interest. As a field employee I can't always participate in special events but I enjoy reading about them and seeing pictures of all the smiling faces. This company definitely sets a positive work environment and I appreciate how much they care about their employees.

Cons

There is always room for improvement. Nothing comes to mind at this point.
