Great Environment, Great People, Great Company

Pros

Very diverse and welcoming environment. Management is very supportive of your career goals and personal goals. The work-life balance here is great; the short Fridays every week are very convenient! I love the supportive training and available opportunities for continued education. Promotions and opportunities of advancement have been more available lately due to the overall growth of the company.

Cons

There can be some confusion on the procedures and everyday functionalities. Due to all of the growth shifting in staff, there hasn't been much uniform training. This problem is considered as a "good problem" and I'm sure this is something that will be addressed soon.

Friendly environment, wellness programs, great benefits. You can tell by talking to former employees, which are not planning on going anywhere, that the company is great and allows you to grow and learn a lot
