The people Free soda and food catered for lunch often Job itself wasnt too hard

Cons

Goals were sometimes hard to hit Days could drag depending on if you have people answering Can get irritating when nobody picks up and or you have rude clients They use a PIP plan if you fall below their quota metrics which at that point it is pretty much unattainable and you will get fired (I somehow always dodged that bullet, but came close many times to being put on one) Kind of a drink-the-kool-aid type of place. If you didn't fit in or completely excel you were limited on promotions
