BDR role is very tedious and irritating as you are required to make 150 calls each day to contractors that have no prior knowledge of company.

There are lots of opportunities for advancement. People are passionate about the product and overall very friendly. The company is also very generous when it comes to perks and benefits.

Cons

They do use some outdated technologies which can be frustrating to work with, but they do seem to be improving in this regard.

Buildertrend is a young company that affords developers the education and leadership structure needed to ensure personal and professional success. Growing company with eyes and ears open. You can make an impact at the company from day one. Opportunities for career growth are plentiful, if you are motivated and have a good work ethic. Great work/life balance. Developers are only expected to work 40 hours a week. Flex time in addition to PTO. No strict deadlines. No on-call or weekend hours. Fun environment with great people, open bar, relaxed structure, social outings, TV's in each pod, a gym, video games, a large break area, and more.

Cons

Young company growing very quickly, and still figuring itself out. There have been issues in the past with people feeling underappreciated. Management has made great strides in this regard to make sure feedback cycles have been shortened, voices are heard, and employees get the information they need to succeed.
