Pros

I couldn't ask for a better position while finishing my undergrad. If you are going to school online the BDR role is a great position to consider. The company has good opprotunities for advancement that I haven't pursued since school is my #1 priority and want to graduate before exploring a position change. The time off is very generous. The office is fantastic accomadations include a gym, pingpong/pool tables, gaming center, and more. The people are fantastic, and job requirements are straightforward.

Cons

As a BDR you do have to make a lot of calls and it can feel repetative at times. But this isn't even a con, it's the job. This is a sales role so the more calls you make, the more meetings you will set, and the more money you'll make.

Pros

I have worked at Buildertrend for 5 years and have been promoted 7 times from my initial hire into an entry-level position. If you work hard and continue to perform, Buildertrend will reward your efforts! Also- Work/Life balance is valued very highly at Buildertrend. I truly can unplug when I'm out of the office and spend quality time with my family.

Cons

Not necessarily a Con, but Buildertrend is very fast-paced and agile. I like this because it keeps you on your toes and keep your work interesting and engaging, but the downside is that it can be hard to stay focused.

-Industry and customer base is very fun to work with, we have legitimate positive impact on great companies -The business has had a ton of success, but I believe our best days are ahead of us -I love my colleagues, they are talented, fun to work with, and I learn from them all the time

Cons

-It's fast paced, pro for some, just something you need to be prepared for
