Fun place to work, feels like a big group of friends that have the same job.

Pros

- Fun atmosphere and recreation. - Benefits are nice. - Lots of room to grow, and plenty of departments. - Management is pretty transparent and fun to talk to. - Golf, and free beer. - Co-workers are awesome people. - Lots of team outings and they are very fun.

Cons

- With the new pricing change and restructuring, metrics stay the same. 165 calls and 45 minutes of talk time. It can be very hard to balance that with other tasks when you are looking for good company's to call. - Cold calling can make you insane if you aren't up for it. - Very slow computers. - The salesfloor is the only area in the building that is 90+ degrees at all times. Not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet. - You can have an extremely good month in term of performance, but if someone outperforms you by 1 point, your bonus/"commision" is shrunk. Its kind of like a salesfloor competition (spiff)
