The people and culture here are really what makes it great. Compared to other companies I've worked for, Buildertrend has some of the best benefits and time off I've ever received.

Cons

Processes are still evolving, though there have been noticeable improvements. It’s also been a great opportunity to learn and grow.

The company cares a lot about it's customers, and has developed very good focus over the last several years. Very fun customer base to support and a great place to work and build a great career.

Cons

Nothing major. You need to have an ability to adapt to be successful at this business, not necessarily a con.
