Pros

Buildertrend is a company that seems to always be looking forward, which is encouraging as an employee. The people are genuine and, from my experience, want to support each other regardless recognition. Have invested in industry leaders to drive the company over the top in an effort to become best in class.

Cons

Transparency is important for all employees and is something leadership has worked to emphasize from the top down. The company is taking steps to do this, but would still classify this as a con.
