The job is flexible and you are able to work from home currently. People are friendly.

Cons

Health insurance has very high deductibles. The pay isn’t great. Soda pop is considered a perk. They keep making goals harder to obtain to earn your bonuses.

The office is nice, the people there are mostly good, the events they plan for their employees are fun.

Cons

Very aggressive sales mindset Ridiculous call amounts They make pretty much everyone start in sales, and if you don't have the "aggressive sales mentality" and don't immediately succeed, you'll never get an opportunity to change departments.
