Awesome people and really good management. Your co-workers will be wonderful people. They will do anything they can to make the culture and atmosphere great.

Cons

Company is growing very fast but sometimes it takes longer than expected for positions that are needed to be created. The job I was in was a huge grind and they don't ever switch it up. You will be doing the same thing every day. (Cold calling)

Buildertrend is a young company that affords developers the education and leadership structure needed to ensure personal and professional success. Growing company with eyes and ears open. You can make an impact at the company from day one. Opportunities for career growth are plentiful, if you are motivated and have a good work ethic. Great work/life balance. Developers are only expected to work 40 hours a week. Flex time in addition to PTO. No strict deadlines. No on-call or weekend hours. Fun environment with great people, open bar, relaxed structure, social outings, TV's in each pod, a gym, video games, a large break area, and more.

Cons

Young company growing very quickly, and still figuring itself out. There have been issues in the past with people feeling underappreciated. Management has made great strides in this regard to make sure feedback cycles have been shortened, voices are heard, and employees get the information they need to succeed.

Buildertrend is a place where you get the rare combination of true culture and the opportunity for unlimited professional success. The management & ownership team are very clear about their expectations, holding all employees accountable to the same standard and rewarding the best examples of their core principles. The office space is second to none in Omaha, NE w/ open offices, happy hour everyday, Friday lunches, basketball courts, pool tables and much more. The real culture comes from the people, the open communication and the processes in place. Get on board now and still be at the beginning of something huge!

Cons

The only con is that they are hiring the best in omaha and you will always be challenged by the newest employee.
