Unmatched culture Strong comrade among coworkers Opportunity to advance in the company quickly Due to growth, more leadership positions continue to become available Ability to make an impact. Not just "another number" here Days go by quickly due to busy workload Relaxed dresscode Competitive yet collaborative environment Lunches on Friday provided for entire company Beer on tap (4 different taps) at 430 everyday! 4 PM on Fridays Easy access to management for advice & coaching Town Halls every quarter. Senior management is very transparent regarding the direction and initiatives of the company Frequent department happy hours 401K available after a year. BT provides a 4% match Cross-departmental partnership and programs Upper management very good at matching your strengths with your interests 40 hr/week job. No working after 5 and no work on weekends. They value a strong work/life balance for their employees and only want you working during work hours. Management does not even want you to have access to your email on your phone.

Pros

Buildertrend has one of the most unique cultures out anywhere else I have worked. The collaboration across all departments is great and you feel like you have a voice in the company. Having direct access to all managers at all times is another great benefit. I am happy to say that I enjoy waking up and coming to work.

Cons

Need to add more beer taps with the company growing as fast as it is.

The atmosphere is what makes this place special. You get to interact with the owners and department managers on a daily basis. Everyone is very approachable and willing to help you be successful. There is a great deal of opportunity to move up or to other departments. Just come in and work hard!

Cons

The company provided insurance could be better, especially if you have a family.
