Free lunch Fridays, on-campus gym, amazing people, frequent company sponsored events. Managers are normal people and moral is better than anywhere else I've ever worked.

Great, relaxed culture Free lunch on Fridays Ping pong, pool, bags, etc Standing desks Moving slowly, but surely, to all client-side driven application Work life balance is expected and no deadlines are set

Cons

Benefits are very lack luster Priorities for change seems backwards sometimes Paternity leave only after a year 401k only after a year Refuse remote opportunities, even in bad weather

Culture, Reward good work, fantastic office. Management is top notch! Lots of talented people who drive each other to succeed. This is truly a great place to work if you are young.

Cons

Call center environment if you are in client management/sales. Work demographics skew hugely male, young with lack of diversity. Not many cons though, great place to work.
