Great resume builder, not a great place to stay.

Pros

A lot of opportunities to develop professional skills. Often will be given tasks outside of the traditional role of the position you are in due to the small size of the company. Decent 401k Match. Some very dedicated employees that good team players and willing to go above and beyond.

Cons

Little to no perks of job, minimal vacation time, below average compensation. Sporadic leadership from Co. President - Priorities swing wildly.

You are not trusted, management micromanages everything you do. You won't get a chance to grow professionally and your not compensated for your education or skill set.

Pros

you learn a lot about how to use computer systems and make thermostats

Cons

the production employees who actually build the products, such as myself, get talked down to a lot. the pay is very minimal for the knowledge we need know in order to make the products.
