-Great Communication with Supervisors -Paid Training -Easy to use ways of gathering ABA data on clients

Cons

-Thrown in with first client with not quite enough preparation -Hours vary greatly (partly due to the pandemic)

Pros

The pay is great, the kids you work with are wonderful, and there’s potential for growth

Cons

Communication is severely lacking. They added new clients to my schedule without checking in with me. I rarely saw supervisors and when I did they barely talked with me. I was sent in to some clients houses without the supervisor or parents being informed.
