Pros

Unlimited PTO, but so understaffed it's rarely approved. So it's basically a scam.

Cons

LAYOFFS!!! Constantly laying off tenured employees (5+ years) to hire overseas in Manilla and India. 1-3 percent merit raises that were frozen for 8 months. Salaries much lower than the industry standards. The CEO of realpage is a joke. Holds town halls telling us we aren't getting cost of living raises wearing a 3 thousand dollar belt while we can barely afford to feed our families. Culture is horrible. Being a parent is considered a burden and a liability. You do not want to work here or Realpage. You'll just be over worked, under paid and ultimately laid off after years of loyalty. Save yourself the humiliation.
