I appreciate this feedback and am sorry to see you left us with this feeling. This doesn't sound like the type of experience that I've like for any of our Bullhorn employees to have. When employees are feeling this way, we encrouage them to come and talk to someone - a HRBP, myself, any member of the senior leadership teams. Happy to have a confidential chat if you ever want to share more detail. If not, wishing you the best in your next career chapter. - Kelley Morse, CPO.

Nothing significant to comment on.

Cons

Bullhorn is a toxic workplace. Female employees are not listened to while male employees routinely yell in meetings.

I'm sorry your experience at Bullhorn wasn't a positive one. The workplace you describe here is not representative of our culture or our core values. One part of our employee vision is a voice that is heard, and we work hard to ensure that ALL of our voices have an equal opportunity to be heard. We have an open door policy at all levels, and highly encourage employees to confidentially come forward if they feel they are witnessing behaviors that go against our core values. I'm personally happy to connect with any employees, current or past, and committed to providing a safe space here at Bullhorn for all of our employees. Best of luck to you in your future endeavors! - Kelley Morse, VP, Talent & Business Partnering

Growth and chaos

Pros

The professional growth opportunities are real. Lots going on and huge growth lead to lots of exposure. Market leader with fanatical customers. Young (though somewhat cliquey) culture with decent perks. Highly engaged (bordering on micromanaging) leadership team. Smart people.

Cons

Product is one of the ugliest pieces of software I’ve ever seen. The interface and usability are circa 2003. Lots of immaturity at all levels of management. Few people can be trusted. Management is too busy covering their own butts or playing favorites to develop their teams. Some teams are awesome to work on. Others? Stay away. The experience is incredibly inconsistent. “Fast pace” shouldn’t be an excuse for chaos.
