Pros

Peers, PTO, health coverage is great. Amazing offices as well. Currently remote which is great.

Cons

No options for equity which is a huge bummer and not something management has ever offered. Would be an amazing bonus an investment in your employees. Definitely starting to get a corporate feel. Prior to going remote they had cut back on outings.
