Thanks so much for taking some time to provide some feedback! Love to see that some of the initiatives we hold so dearly are resonating as pros for you. I'd love to connect sometime with you about the cons describe - would like to hear your perspective on the lack of transparency you describe within Support, esp since we just announced increases to our support comp bands in September. We definitely thought we were being very transparent, but maybe we missed the mark. Also, would love to partner and hear some thoughts around remote employee engagement - this is continues to be an area of focus as we navigate through our "remote first" new world.
