Pros

Bullhorn was a great place when I started, but it has changed a bit, mostly for the worse. Decent benefits with great company contribution, generally great people and culture, and if you're in Development or Sales then you also have great career advancement opportunities from what I've observed. Lots going on so it's never boring.

Cons

Pay seems to be pretty low. Again, I would imagine unless you're in Dev or Sales, good luck getting paid a fair rate. Also, titles are inflated like a Macy's Day Parade balloon in some departments, it's almost comical. As I said above, career opportunities mostly exist in Dev and Sales, unless you're lucky or happen to have a manager who will actually go to bat for you. 401k took a while to be implemented, but it's decent I guess for now.

I'm sorry you left Bullhorn feeling this way. In the last year we have done a lot of work around compensation, and continue to evaluate to make sure everyone is being paid fairly. I'm interested in your comments about title inflation. As we've created career paths, we feel titles match the level of contribution. Pros

Fast paced exciting organisation Dedication to culture- both for employees & clients Strong growth meaning great opportunities to advance your career Growth also means opportunities to pursue new a new career path or work in different global locations Consistent commitment across the business to do better for clients & colleagues Some great perks- unlimited holiday allowance, lunches, social events, summer outings, achievers trips etc Proven track record of helping people advance their careers. Lots of mid to long-tenured employees who have grown with the company This is a very rewarding and enjoyable place to work. Its easy to love working here.

Cons

As above it is a faced paced environment which is not always a fit for everyone. If you want to be doing the exact same job in the exact same way 12 months from now then Bullhorn may move too quickly to make you comfortable.

Pros

They offer great benefits and perks. They truly care about their employees and make sure to do what they can to take care of them! They give you really in-depth training and hands-on learning which is great! Everybody is very personable and willing to offer any guidance they can in order to help you get up and running on your own. Great place if you come from a sales or recruiting background.

Cons

None that I can think of.
