Pros

The commitment that employees have to make Bullhorn successful is not like anywhere I have worked before. Employees are extremely dedicated to Bullhorn's core values and it is evident in the culture. The work environment encourages employees to work hard but also creates a really fun and lively atmosphere. The perks are amazing too: free breakfast and lunches, social events each month and I can't complain about unlimited annual leave!

Cons

None that come to mind!

Pros

I've been with the company for 4,5 years and it's as exhilarating as when I started, maybe even more exhilarating now as you actually know what's possible. Our products are great and have a great impact for our clients and prospects which makes the job a lot of fun and rewarding. The pace of innovation is simply inspiring. But I would say the culture at Bullhorn is what makes working here truly special. I consider many of my colleagues to my personal friends and went on several holidays with them as a great culture attracts great people. While we've been through rapid growth since I've joined, what we do well as a company is to stay focused on our culture and core value as an organisation. There are many perks to work at a company that's a market leader which is still rapidly growing. Promises of amazing perks are actually met and I can simply say, if you like the work hard play hard mentality and love working with great people in a great culture, come and join us!

Cons

A fast growing company comes with changes that happen over time, which is something that doesn't fit everyone. There are and have been some items that needed the attention of management, but I'm happy to experience that Bullhorn isn't blind to the challenges on its path and that identifying and resolving these have always been a priority of management.

Pros

High-fives, fist bumps, and general congratulatory atmosphere when colleagues achieve successes. Living core values with pride and genuine excitement across the org when we crush a client deliverable. In its growth phase, awesome opportunity to contribute beyond ones role, paving the way for advancement, and exposure to roles and responsibilities one might not yet be qualified for on paper. Leadership who care about the human behind the work and encourage balance with personal/family life. In-office gym encourages healthy lifestyle & our women's group, HERd hits social and professional needs.

Cons

Cross-department collaboration has been a challenge in the past; working through that in earnest with specific, actionable plan and a clear expectation from top leadership that this is important. Resourcing and streamlined processes have been areas of opportunity creating less-optimal balance with work-life; both have been actively addressed. Only real con today is that I travel too much, so have been missing colleagues back home!
