I've been with the company for 4,5 years and it's as exhilarating as when I started, maybe even more exhilarating now as you actually know what's possible. Our products are great and have a great impact for our clients and prospects which makes the job a lot of fun and rewarding. The pace of innovation is simply inspiring. But I would say the culture at Bullhorn is what makes working here truly special. I consider many of my colleagues to my personal friends and went on several holidays with them as a great culture attracts great people. While we've been through rapid growth since I've joined, what we do well as a company is to stay focused on our culture and core value as an organisation. There are many perks to work at a company that's a market leader which is still rapidly growing.
