      Political miasma poisons an otherwise satisfactory work experience

      Pros

      Bullhorn is a juggernaut of a company; backed by Vista funding and is likely to remain one of the biggest names in the ATS industry. If you want a company with the financial security to still be around for years; Bullhorn is a good choice.

      Cons

      The management is deeply political, with more and more ranks being added to the corporate structure on an almost daily basis (to be fair, this was in 2015). The things that were being told to customers were told in tremendously poor faith (if they weren't outright lies), and an ever changing metric system suppressed most low ranking employees into staying there.

      Unstoppable

      Pros

      Bullhorn has the best product on the market so as a sales person its ideal. The gap between competition is ever widening with the company and product expanding at a rapid rate. The Sydney office is fantastic as while Bullhorn is a 500+ person business now it has the excitement and agility of a start up over here. Great team, training, perks and commission.

      Cons

      With HQ in Boston or London time differences can be challenging.

      Isn't it awesome to sell a great product that you believe in? I feel the same way "selling" working at Bullhorn to prospective employees. So wonderful to hear from our Sydney office, too!

      - Real sense of focus on the customer - Clear roadmap and investment in R&D to future proof customer industry - The amount of resource given for learning is second to none. - Clear career progression

      Cons

      A remote first company...if you want to be in a buzzy office 5 days a week this would be the place for you. Regular office events to pull people together.
