Pros

Great benefits, compensation and culture. All of the team members see the goal and work together to achieve that goal.

Cons

Honestly, there aren't really any cons that I have noticed so far. If you are a strong developer and loves to work in a fast paced and fun environment, then this is the place for you!

Pros

Bullhorn is a company that really understands and cultivates talent & culture. Once you're in the door and prove yourself worthy, you're working on cool projects and collaborating with other teams and departments. The start up culture still remains even through an acquisition by a big guns PE firm. They do a ton of internal promotions and there are always opportunities (which are encouraged by management) to advance in your career. The CEO is the co-founder and is super involved with projects and is always visible and engaging. Perks are great too. Free in-house gym, breakfast and lunch provided once a week, primo coffee machines, 401k match are the big ones.

Cons

There are truly none that I see in my role at the company. It's a fast paced environment where things change on the dime; some may view that as a con. If you're quick enough to hang on and adapt, it's pretty awesome.

I'm so glad you feel this way about the Bullhorn culture. I'm interested in your comment about title inflation. If you're comfortable sharing your thoughts with HR, or even me, would love to know more. Thanks!

Pros

Lots of money and momentum. A good product in a saturated market. Lots of clients.

Cons

The culture has suffered with lots of acquisitions.

Integrating companies with different cultures can be tough; we're proud of how each acquisition we've made has contributed to making the Bullhorn culture as strong as it is. Boston *is* great, but the Vancouver office is wonderful, too!
