Pros

Bullhorn has shown to to have a great culture in the EMEA and US. I'm glad that this has also expanded to APAC now. The perks are great and management have recruited well to ensure this culture continues. The work is also rewarding as there are always new goals and challenges each time on is overcome. There is also great mentoring and a very transparent method of working. An innovative company that is always improving the product, the company and the offices at a rapid rate. An exciting ride to be a part of.

Cons

The rapid growth means that staff are required to be comfortable with speed and frequency of changes, which may not be for some.

Pros

Bullhorn has the best product on the market so as a sales person its ideal. The gap between competition is ever widening with the company and product expanding at a rapid rate. The Sydney office is fantastic as while Bullhorn is a 500+ person business now it has the excitement and agility of a start up over here. Great team, training, perks and commission.

Cons

With HQ in Boston or London time differences can be challenging.

Bullhorn is an incredible place to work! Everyone is here to work extremely hard and truly believes in the product and the company. Everyone is committed to working together to deliver an incredible experience to our customers. While we do work really hard, we also have fun at events like First Thursday (a monthly company happy hour) and quarterly charity events. As someone early in my career, Bullhorn has set me up for success by providing me with training, support, and direction. If you're looking to work for a fun, exciting company and you are motivated to work hard and succeed, Bullhorn is a great place!

Cons

Bullhorn is a fast paced environment. You have to work hard and be flexible as things change quickly.
