Pros

There is an enormous amount of opportunity to really own your career at Bullhorn, to try different things and take on new responsibilities within an environment that stretches you but provides support and mentorship. In the the almost 10 years I have worked at Bullhorn, I have had 7 different roles or promotions, throughout I have had mentorship and guidance, trust and encouragement. There really is an open door policy, all executives, SVPs, VPs are accessible and, true for all I have interacted with, genuinely caring for people. I enjoy enjoying work and the people are 99% responsible for that. At Bullhorn there are great teams, great leaders and great people. Your colleagues become some of your best friends! People live the company values which creates a really incredible environment.

Cons

Job changes and promotions and responsibilities all come with a requirement to work hard and elevate. I've loved this, but I also work closely with management to keep a view on my workload - again advice is to always communicate openly. In my experience, my leadership are proactive in preventing excessive overloads. The only other point I'll make is about core values. These are such a necessity for working at Bullhorn. Living the core values will truly accelerate your career, whether you stay at Bullhorn (or leave and return like I did). If you dont like the core values, or dont think they are for you, it will be a tougher environment - but really...they just make the business culture great!

Pros

wfh flexibility and unlimited holiday.

Cons

company grows through constant acquisitions- leads to employees feeling uncertain and without clear roadmap majority of the time. Layoffs in 2023 impacted business too.

Thanks for taking a few moments to share your review. Bullhorn has a very clear plan and strategy for our business, and we share it with employees at every town hall. We encourage every employee in the company to speak up if they feel like they don't have a clear plan or understand how their role fits into the larger business - whether it's HRBP, your VP+, manager or any member of the exec team. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors. - Kelley Morse, CPO
