      Pros

      Town halls are honest and informative, strategy is clear, my experience is generally good. Colleagues are typically great, friendly, fun people. Many internal promotions, opportunities for career progression strong.

      Cons

      Experience varies depending on your department and manager. Senior management can be total workaholics and struggle with delegation. It’s common for this mindset to filter down leadership structure which is a real negative. Processes are sometimes enforced without justification. Why do something just because we did it before? Some inefficiencies. Effective, influential people seem overworked and difficult to get time from. Pay doesn’t seem at the top end of scale.

I agree that our senior leadership sets the tone for work life balance and delegation, and that if they aren't strong at it, it does roll downhill.       DE&I is a priority. Many senior managers have up-skilled in DE&I including creating an inclusive environment. CEO takes this seriously also Clear structure for progression Regular reviews on performance Feel very valued Customer success is prioritised

      Remote first so lack of interaction with team Quiet office - no music allowed Lots of acronyms and abbreviations to learn
