      Excellent job, better product, best culture.

      Pros

      -Great culture. Very open, comfortable communication always welcomed among colleagues as well as management/ executives. -Talent--Sr Management, VPs, and C-levels in almost every department are excellent, experienced, and involved. -Quotas are very easily attained and allow for top reps to incur excellent bonuses

      Cons

      -Salaries are definitely higher elsewhere--at least in the sales department at the rep level. I think they can lose good talent to this. That being said, please see above re: quotas. -Wish they had some more experience at the sales rep level. Most reps are green and in most cases, Bullhorn was their first sales job. Would be better to have more experience to share among colleagues.

      Poor management. Employees are treated as a commodity if anything else

      Pros

      Work with cutting edge technology. Definitely work with some smart developers.

      Cons

      Management is sloppy and slipshod. Very little feedback is given to the employee on how they are doing in regards to their work. Management is also very disrespectful towards their employees. HR does very little to resolve issues. Verify fast paced environment. Expect to put in long hours with little if no recognition for your hard work. They also PI (Predicative Index) their employees, both existing and new. This is really a tool for management to weed out employees regardless on how well they perform or how dedicated they are to the company and its vision.

      Pros

      Bullhorn is a smart and growing company with an exciting product. They have some interesting technical challenges and smart people working on them. The company has great prospects.

      Cons

      As with any growing, late stage startup company, they operate at a fast pace, and that isn't for everybody. It's also a highly collaborative environment that isn't a match for someone who likes to work independently without interaction with others.
