9yI see a solution to some of your "cons" within your "pros." We do have incredibly talented employees here at Bullhorn, and have the power to improve interdepartmental communication at the individual level. Leadership does a lot behind the scenes to identify and solve areas of imbalance, but it is also helpful for employees to speak up if you feel something is unfair. As you note, each of us is what makes Bullhorn a great place to come to work each day!
