I agree - our people are one of our best assets! And it is true, we do have a robust growth strategy that includes organic growth, but also growth via acquisitions. I admit, they can be challenging as we work to integrate, but overall, we have a strong history of successful acquisition integrations that have become core parts of our platform and growth strategy. It will continue to be part of our exciting future! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Happy to see you're still enjoying your time here after a number of years! Happy to chat through our comp philosophy live anytime, but generally, we don't, along with most companies, match our increases to inflationary pressures or lack there of. I.e. As a global company there's not only difference via region but also volitility in inflation as well - 1% one year, 5 or 6 % another. We look at our compensation data every year, and do analysis on what we're seeing across the board for wages changes. This is a very common best practice at companies. Again, always happy to chat live! - Kelley Morse, CPO
