      - people are great for the most part - depending on your manager you have a great support team / coach - you always know where you stand

      - compensation - no work life balance - changing expectations

      Hey - I'm sorry to hear this. Sounds like our message from TH didn't land the way we intended for you. We acknowledge that our people are working very hard - and the message is that we need to to work "smarter" in order to prevent burn out. We need to reprioritize what's our people's "to do list", we need to utilize productivity tools better, we need to make harder choices about how we spend time. These are all things we want our employees to think about, and spend time discussing with their management teams.       HUGE POINTS FOR BULLHORN

      Pros

      After a recent promotion, Bullhorn sent out a Celebration package. Now before this package was sent, I had 3 choices I got to make. As I was scrolling through the options, I started to roll my eyes and think to myself "Oh Great, all the celebration options are alcohol". Being a non-drinker, I started to feel excluded and a little resentment but then I kept scrolling and saw they offered a non-alcohol related treat. Now this may not be a big deal to some but it meant the world to me. Bullhorn, thank you so so much for the gift that made me feel included. Not to mention, the cookies that I received included THE BEST OATMEAL RASION CHOCO CHIP I have ever eaten. So from the bottom of my heart, Thank you so so much Bullhorn for making me feel included with this small gesture.

      Cons

      Every company has their busy seasons. I just feel Bullhorns busy seasons for longer.
