Pros

The recruitment process at BH was top notch. I interviewed with many companies (tech sales positions) while making my job change, and Bullhorn executed the best by far. The recruitment team was extremely clear regarding expectations, as transparent as possible, set proper timelines, and were very diligent in scheduling next steps and respecting where I was at in my interview process with other companies. What really impressed me was the integrity and conviction that the recruitment and leadership team had in talking about their experience with the organization and reasons why they truly love the jobs that they have. The entire interview process only took about 2.5 weeks and involved a few different video calls with various leaders. I felt very valued from the very first call and the culture at Bullhorn really is world class. Great mix of a challenging environment and reward for that hard work, not to mention the products are probably THE best option out there for the staffing & recruitment industry (where I spent the first few years of my career)

Cons

So far, none. Remote setting so meeting team members in person does not take place right away, but leadership organizes quite a few team meet ups per year

Pros

Remote work, very large and diverse team from all over the world, work with so many technologies and software, definitely a lot to learn.

Cons

Salary could be better, the onboarding process and training for newcomers could be better.

Pros

So everyone at this company for the most part is pretty easy to get along with. Tons of support groups. You have unlimited PTO, remote first, full health benefits. They have cool swag, they do try to improve things if enough people complain about it.They have a quarter bonus if you hit your goals. The shift bid order is performance based.

Cons

The pay is unfair for the amount of work and expectations. This company has very high standards for metrics. With the new rules in place it’s harder to get a promotion for new people because they have to stay in the position for a year. They put a tier system in place where there are stages to being promoted or getting a raise however the bar was set very high so it takes a lot of effort to move up levels and makes me feel bad for newer employees because it was a lot easier for people before that. PTO is unlimited but you do have to hit your targets by the end of the quarter if you use it you are still responsible for those numbers. That leads to fear and alot of people won’t take it until they are in a higher position with less stress on ticket closes. Learning can be challenging because there are tickets with no information about that situation in the database so sometimes you have to rely on your teammates who have been here for years to answer questions. Or make educated guesses on how to resolve issues. Which is why the pay rate needs to change. My issue mostly is the pay, and the potential for burnout. Most companies start at a minimum of 20 an hour for the same position and offer shift differentials for people who work the last shift. There is no stipend for internet or electricity for working remotely either.
